Shipping

Element + Artifact ships all orders free of shipping charges.

Additional ancillary charges may be assessed by the carrier for orders traveling LTL to certain residential addresses and select remote areas. Element  Artifacts Free Shipping service is limited to the Continental United States.

Most products are ready to ship within 24 hours of order placement however may take up to 48 hours to ship.  If you need expedited shipping, please contact us to advise once your order has been placed.

Rural delivery is available to properties with a physical address.

We cannot deliver to P.O. Box locations or military APO/FPO addresses.

Most orders may be delivered without a scheduled appointment and signature. 

Element + Artifact is not responsible for shipping delays due to the fault of the shipping carrier.

Refused Delivery
Do not refuse delivery for products that are not damaged. If at the time of delivery product itself appears to be significantly damaged the order may be refused.

Customers are responsible for all costs driven by a refused delivery for product not damaged.
