Q.  Do your light fixtures come with light bulbs?

• No, our light fixtures do not come with light bulbs however we do offer the bulbs that are shown on the fixtures for separate purchase.

Q.  How should the light fixtures be cleaned?

• Please use a damp cotton cloth with clear water only. Do not use chemicals as they may harm the finish.

Q.  How much is shipping?

• Shipping is always free at Element and Artifact.

Q.  Can I return the lights if I am not happy with them?

• Yes, you can return the fixtures to us within 2 weeks of purchase.  If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we will send out a replacement immediately.  Please contact our sales team at sales@elementandartifact.com to make return arrangements.
